Nothing’s more important to Ellusive & Co. than the experience of our travelers, so we're sharing what's being done to keep you safe during the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation.
First, your health is everything. We’re working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any concerns that may arise. For our group travel experience(s), we’ve enhanced our sanitation requirements and quality checks for all trips. All partners are required to provide health safety plans, and we’re assisting with resources to ensure it. Your Host will also readily have disinfectants available. We strongly suggest that you check with your doctor or health advisor before your departure.
For other travel types outside of our group travels, we are in continuous contact with our suppliers and partners to get the latest information and reduce as much disturbance to your trip. We will continue to keep in contact with you should anything arise.
We’re closely monitoring all guidelines and communication from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities. We’re also communicating with our partners on the ground. Our team will continue to update you as the situation evolves.
We completely understand that circumstances like these require some flexibility. To ensure your trip remains perfectly tailored to your needs we are in communication with our partners and suppliers regarding change policies for any upcoming trips that are impacted.   As of today, our partners and suppliers have not cancelled their events or services for the trips planned. We encourage you to continue making plans to join us on future group travel experiences or use of our service for your own personal travel needs for the latter part of the year. If you haven't done so already, make sure your trip is covered with travel insurance, including cancellation coverage.
