In the evening, we recommend dinner at the famous Djemaa el Fna, one of the largest public spaces in the world and unique to Marrakech. When night falls on this square, it transforms into a hive of activity. Henna painters, performers, and storytellers share the square with a street food bazaar, packed with stalls loaded with Moroccan delicacies. We suggest finishing your day with a cup of tea on one of the rooftop restaurants overlooking the square.

We will get settled in our spacious tents, take a rest while enjoying the magical colors surrounding us or maybe have a drink on a table conveniently placed at the top of a sand dune! There, you’ll be mesmerized by the orange-colored dunes that will make you feel like you are truly in the middle of nowhere….and you are! We will enjoy a large Berber feast. Day 7 - Wednesday, November 15th
The city of Fes, Morocco’s second largest, is considered to be its cultural and religious capital and is often referred to as the Mecca of the West. Fez is a fascinating mix of old and new, where ancient sites rub shoulders with contemporary boutique hotels. Step through Bab Boujeloud (the ‘Blue Gate’) and back in time as you enter the Medina founded in the 9th century. Divided into three districts, the oldest and most fascinating is Fes el Bali. Its dense maze of some 9,000 alleys are plied by donkeys and hand-pulled carts (said to be the largest car-free urban area in the world), with narrow passageways leading through beautiful squares, into the middle of a spice-scented food market or to a dead end and the ruins of an abandoned house. With thousands of winding streets and lively souqs, it’s the place to get lost and find hidden gems. Away from the hustle and bustle, the gardens of Dar Batha or Jnan Sbil are blissful spots to escape and unwind. Head up to a rooftop terrace to really appreciate the maelstrom at street level. Finish the day on a rooftop bar, planning the next adventure of your culture-filled vacations with us. The fresh air of the public Jnan Sbil Gardens connects the old medina to Fes el Jdid, or ‘New Fez’, the 13th-century extension which contains the vast Royal Palace and the Mellah which was once home to some 250,000 Jews, many immigrants from Spain. Built by the French at the beginning of the 20th century, the Ville Nouvelle is the third and most modern of Fes’ districts.
This day is your free time to explore on your own, or add on the half day tour of Fes and visit the beautiful area including the Medina.
*INCLUDED -- Meals: Breakfast; Accommodation: Luxury Boutique Hotel

Day 8 - Thursday, November 16th
Check out of our Luxury Riad and visit Chefchaouen, the blue-washed walls and alleys make for one of the most photogenic spots in Morocco. The old kasbah dates back to the 15th century and is a rich mix of both local and Andalusian heritage thanks to the many Moors and Jews who settled here from Spain after the Reconquista. It's a great place in which to relax and wonder around seeking out unique handicrafts and pretty mosques along the alleyways emanating from the central Plaza Uta el-Hammam. Then check into our Riad for our farewell dinner.
